Preview, Pick-Up Location Information & Shipping Instructions

There are 2 locations for preview & pickup -
1) 3824 William St., Burnaby, British Columbia, V5C 3H9, Canada

2) 6800 Dennett Place, Delta, BC. (Lots 1A to 1M are located at this location)

Prospective buyers are encouraged to attend the scheduled preview to inspect items in person and assess their condition prior to bidding. Our team will be available on-site to answer questions. Please note that all items are sold “as is, where is,” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

Following the close of the auction, successful bidders will receive their invoice via email. Full payment must be completed prior to pickup or shipping. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping promptly after payment is made. Shipping arrangements may commence only after all payments have been finalized.

Failure to collect items by the stated pickup deadline will result in forfeiture.
All items not picked up within the designated timeframe will become the property of Direct Liquidation. No refunds will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing with Direct Liquidation.

Shipping Policy and Liability

Direct Liquidation does not offer in-house shipping services. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging packing, pickup, and transportation of their purchases in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. While we are happy to recommend third-party service providers, all shipping arrangements are made at the buyer’s risk and expense.

This company will pick your item(s) from Direct Liquidation/ & or pickup location, pack your item(s) and ship them to you. The buyer will be sent a tracking number to track their order.

2) The UPS Store #325 (Worldwide) - FOR SMALL & LARGE ITEMS (through freight forwarder)
(Also provides premium insurance which covers loss and damage)

This company will pick your item(s) from Direct Liquidation/ & or pickup location, pack your item(s) and ship them to you. The buyer will be sent a tracking number to track their order.

FOR LARGE ITEMS ONLY:

Option 1: Full service (RECOMMENDED)
Transource Freightways – This company will pick your item(s) from Direct Liquidation, pack your item(s) and ship them to you. The buyer will be sent a tracking number to track their order.

Option 2: Full service
PCB Freight Management – This company will pick your item(s) from Direct Liquidation, pack your item(s) and ship them to you. The buyer will be sent a tracking number to track their order.
Account creation with PCB Freight Management is required with this option.

Option 3: Wrapping only
West Coast Packaging Supply Ltd. – This company will pick your item(s) from Direct Liquidation, pack your item(s) at their facility in Richmond, BC and have them ready for shipment. The buyer can use their own courier service to ship the item(s)
No account creation required. Storage fees of $100 will be charged if storing item(s) at the West Coast Packaging facility.

Payment Details:
After the completion of the auction, the credit card on file of the successful bidders will be charged automatically and bidders will be emailed an invoice.

All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of the winning notification email.

The bidder can also pay in person at the time of the pick up ONLY if prior arrangements with the auctioneer have been made.
